We proudly function as a full-service import and export house, managing every aspect of the international trade cycle — including licensing, quotas, certifications, and compliance.
Additionally, we act as traders, exporters, importers, shippers, suppliers, distributors, representatives, franchisers, consultants, collaborators, stockists, and liaisons, offering goods and services across all grades, specifications, and applications — from raw materials to fully finished products, available both retail and wholesale.
Onboarding Process
Submission of Requirements
All prospective clients must begin by clearly stating their intent—whether to procure or supply goods. This includes:
● The type and category of goods (e.g., coal, iron ore, teak wood, gemstones, capital goods)
● The required or available quantity
● The desired quality specifications based on industry or regulatory standards
Product Identification
Clients must provide accurate product identification details, which should include:
● The product name and classification
● Any relevant technical specifications, grades, or certifications applicable to the item(s) being offered or requested.
KYC & Regulatory Compliance Documentation
For Individuals / Proprietors / Partners:
● Copy of Aadhaar Card
● Copy of PAN Card
● GST Registration Number (if applicable)
● DIN (Director Identification Number) if acting in a directorial capacity
For Registered Companies:
● Audit Reports and Balance Sheets for the last two financial years
● GST Returns for the past six months
● Bank Statements for the last three months
Product Verification Documents
To validate the authenticity, quality, and compliance of goods, clients must upload:
● The original certificate of the goods
● A laboratory or technical test report, not older than 30 days
● A clear photograph of the goods being traded
● A signed declaration confirming quantity and quality
Transaction Process (For Buying & Selling)
Inspection of Goods
The buyer conducts a formal spot verification of the goods either at the designated site or through an approved third-party inspection agency.
Price Negotiation
Both parties engage in direct price negotiation, cither on-site or through secured communication channels.
Legal Document Verification
Kingstar’s due diligence team conducts a thorough review of ownership, certification, and legal
documents related to the goods and the parties involved.
Payment Terms Agreement
The mode of payment is finalized between the buyer and seller. Acceptable instruments include:
● RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement)
● LC (Letter of Credit)
● BG (Bank Guarantee)
● SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit)
Mandatory Insurance
All goods must be insured prior to dispatch. Proof of insurance must be submitted before the
transaction proceeds to finalization.
Execution of Agreement
A formal Agreement of Sale is executed between the parties, governed by the laws of the jurisdiction
and based on mutually accepted commercial terms.
