Onboarding Process
Real Estate Clients
● Clients must submit a valid Sale Deed as part of the initial documentation.
● A copy of the Jamabandi or Patta must be provided to verify legal land rights.
● A 30-year Title Deed chain is required to establish a clear record of ownership.
● An Encumbrance Certificate must be submitted to ensure the property is free from legal disputes or liabilities.
● Clients should provide market-related details, including current price trends and area-specific rate comparisons to support valuation.
Contractor / Project Clients
● Clients are required to submit a valid Work Order issued by the authorized commissioning party.
● A comprehensive, Detailed Project Report (DPR) outlining the scope, budget, and execution strategy must be included.
● The Bill of Quantity (BOQ) must be submitted as per project requirements, specifying material and cost estimates.
● An official Invitation Letter from the engaging client or authority must accompany the project submission.
Finalization Process
Real Estate Transactions
● The designated area or property plot is physically inspected and verified by our technical team.
● A thorough review of local market reports and price benchmarks is conducted to assess value.
● A negotiation meeting is held between the client and our team to finalize the price.
● Payment terms are structured, including advance and final settlement amounts, and agreed upon by both parties.
● Upon mutual agreement, an advance payment is collected to confirm transaction intent.
● A legally binding Sale Deed is executed to formally transfer ownership and complete the transaction.
Construction / Contracting Projects
● The proposed project site is visited to assess conditions and execution viability.
● Submitted DPRs and BOQs are reviewed in detail to validate scope, quantities, and cost structure.
● Rate negotiations are conducted based on project complexity, material specifications, and market standards.
● A formal Contract Agreement is signed by both parties, clearly outlining terms, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
