Onboarding Process
Prospective Group Companies / Investment Partners
Applicants must submit a detailed business proposal outlining the company’s core activities, financial needs, growth potential, and sector alignment.
● A formal project report or business plan must be included, clearly stating the purpose of funding, projected RO, and execution strategy.
● The last two years of audited financial statements must be submitted to assess financial health and viability.
● Additional documentation, such as GST returns (past six months) and bank statements (last three months), should be provided for verification.
● A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, Company PAN, and MOA/AOA or
● Partnership Deed must be included for entity verification.
● For individual promoters or directors, valid PAN, Aadhaar, and DIN (if applicable) must be submitted.
Execution Process
Investment Evaluation and Strategic Engagement
● A formal review of the proposal and documents is conducted by our internal evaluation team to assess feasibility, alignment with group objectives, and long-term potential.
● A strategic discussion is held between the client and the Kingstar team to define the nature of engagement—be it investment, acquisition, operational support, or partnership.
● Upon alignment, a non-binding Term Sheet or MOU is signed outlining the key commercial terms, equity structure (if applicable), and review timelines.
● A due diligence process is initiated, covering financial, legal, and regulatory aspects of the
applicant’s operations.
● A comprehensive Investment Agreement or Strategic Partnership Agreement is jointly drafted and reviewed by the legal teams of both parties.
● All terms and conditions are finalized, including governance, compliance, disbursement schedules, and reporting structures.
● The agreement is executed upon mutual consent, and the relationship is formalized under the group’s operating framework.
